The 4th Congressional District consists of the City of Milwaukee as well the suburbs of Wauwatosa, West Allis, St. Francis, South Milwaukee, West Milwaukee, Glendale, Shorewood, Whitefish Bay, Fox Point, Bayside, and Brown Deer.
